Observations:
Jesus is asked to give the greatest commandment, so he quotes from Deuteronomy 6:4-5.
The Lord is our God.
We are to love the Lord with all of our heart.
We are to love the Lord with all of our soul.
We are to love the Lord with all of our mind.
We are to love the Lord with all of our strength.
Takeaways:
Make the Lord the one and only object of our hearts’ desire.
Make the longing of our soul nothing but our Lord.
