U.S. unemployment at its lowest point in 49 years
The April jobs report was released on Friday morning, and they revealed that 263,000 jobs were added to the economy during the month of April, which shattered the expected number of 190,000. Unemployment in the U.S. now sits at 3.6 percent, which is the lowest figure since December of 1969.
