This Ephesians verse gives us some real insight into how we as Christians are to communicate.
We speak the truth, which is the word of God.
The way we speak God’s truth is in love.
Speaking the truth in love causes us to grow up into being like Christ.
Takeaways:
The truth of God’s word will oftentimes be divisive. Nevertheless, we must speak it.
But we can’t just haphazardly and recklessly spout the truth like an uncontrollable geyser. At all times when speaking the truth, we must do so in love.
