Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for men.

Work at whatever you do with your entire heart.
Work as though you are working for the Lord.
Don’t work as though you are working for men.
Takeaways:
Paul is giving the church at Colossae some guidelines about life, and this one is specifically about work.
He urges us to work hard at whatever we are doing, to do our labor with our entire hearts.
He goes further by saying we should avoid doing things as to men but should work as if we are doing it for the Lord. He is ultimately our boss, not men.
