Takeaways:
This verse from the prophet Isaiah is a commentary on our humanity in relation to the might of God.
The strongest, most vigorous part of a person’s life is typically in his youth. But this verse tells us that even youths are going to grow weary and get tired. And young men who are vigorous are going to stumble, and as the NASB puts it, stumble badly.
There is nothing we can do to prevent our humanness from causing us to get tired and fall at times, but we can rely on the one who never grows tired and will never fail.
